The Infrastructure of Avinya Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is mainly divided in 3 Sections.
Pre-Press
At Avinya Packaging Pvt. Ltd. we have an in house designing department which works in tandem with our clients, to develop new designs and artwork for their products.
We always try our best that the designs are unique and client specific.
We make sure that they are extremely difficult to duplicate by adding certain security features and also keep the costing in check.
The Press
At Avinya Packaging Pvt. Ltd., we have installed state of the art printing machines.MarkAndy 2200 13" 8 colour press; a thorough work horse. The Machine is partly UV compatible, can print on a diverse range of substrates. It is extremely well configured to meet any client requirements, With the options of printing front and back at same time, it assists us in achieving excellent results. With the possibility of giving labels in sheet and reel form, it gives us all the diversity we need.
Post Press
Our Post press division comprises of:- 13" Flat bed Punching Machine
- 13" Slitter Rewinder
- 13" Label Inspection Machine
- 13" Rotary Punching Machine
- 10" Rotary Punching Machine
